Tips and suggestions for how to best care for yourself during the Witches Confluence:

+ GROUND +
Take some time to ground yourself with some conscious breathing exercises or sitting in stillness before each workshop. Try to meet the new information you receive from a curious, open and focused place.

+ PROTECT +
Use your tools to make sure your energetic body is protected and contained. Ground your aura, source support with your crystals, clear with smoke, return to your breath, etc…

+ HYDRATE +
Drinking enough water ensures you’ll be more alert, more awake and more in tune with your intuition. A well hydrated body and brain can retain all the wonderful wisdom you’ll be learning much better!

+ MOVE YOUR BODY +
Taking in so much info with our minds can leave us disconnected from our bodies.  Get Up & Stretch. Wiggle Your Fingers and Toes.  Connect with ALL your senses.

+ COZY UP +
Prioritize your bodily comfort. Create a comfy learning environment for yourself. Outside on a blanket in the grass, inside your room with candles burning and tea, water and snacks handy. Set an intentional, enjoyable and calm space where you’ll be able to fully drop into each workshop.

+ TAKE BREAKS +
The Confluence is brimming with learning opportunities, and integrating all your experiences will take time and space. Step away when you need to.

+ ALLOW + DON’T OVER THINK +
You are absorbing a lot of information and teachings, and that takes time and different forms of intelligence. You do not need to feel bad that you cannot remember or hold everything in your mind. Information is gathered through other parts of your body, not just through your cognitive functions. It is ok to feel overwhelmed. Let the compulsion of knowing it all go.

+ DECOMPRESS +
After your last workshop of the day and before moving on to your next activity, take a few minutes to sit with all you’ve learned. Take a moment to cleanse and clear your energy and/or your space. Notice how you are feeling. Physically, emotionally and energetically. What has shifted for you? What are the things that feel excited to explore further? How can you integrate these teachings into your own evolution?  Remember to be kind to yourself as you adopt new ways and reconcile any old beliefs. Learning is a process and ongoing state of inquiry.
